Lacrosse is the fastest growing sport for youth, high school, college and professional organizations. It is considered the ‘fastest sport on two feet’. Developing a speed and conditioning program specifically for lacrosse requires you to analyze the metabolic demands for the sport. It combines elements of basketball, soccer and hockey. Our unique 6 week lacrosse specific training program will give you the edge you are looking for in the spring.  

Whether you want one day/week or two days/week, this program is designed to prepare you for the upcoming spring season. It will incorporate speed improvement drills, dynamic flexibility, foot speed, plyometric, agility drills, speed and acceleration sprints, along with core strengthening, and age appropriate strength training. 

We have partnered with Steve Bryan, Premier Performance, to develop a training methodology specific to the lacrosse athlete using methodologies that have been proven at the highest levels. Steve has been training elite level athletes for the last 11 years, working with college, pro and high school players.  Our high school players got to experience Coach Bryan’s techniques at our Annual Boot Camp. Session one will be offered at our Blue Ash location. With session two and three at Under The Weather indoor facility. 


WHO: Grades 6 - 12, Boys & Girls – The program is now being offered in a gender-based environment with a 10/1 Athlete to trainer ratio


Session 1- September 22nd- October 31st (6 weeks) @ Premier Performance, 11318 Tamarco Drive, Blue Ash Oh 45242

  • Tues: Girls- 5:30pm- 6:45pm; Boys- 6:45pm-8pm
  • Sat: Boys- 10am-11:15am; Girls- 11:15am-12:30pm

Session 2- November 3rd- December 19th  (6 weeks) @ Under the Weather Sports Complex, 6630 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, Oh 45227

  • Tues: Girls-5:45pm-7pm;  Boys-7pm-8:15pm
  • Thurs: Girls-5:45pm-7pm; Boys-7pm-8:15pm

Session 3- January 5th- February 11th   (6 weeks) @ Under the Weather Sports Complex, 6630 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, Oh 45227

  • Tues: Girls-5:45pm-7pm; Boys-7pm-8:15pm
  • Thurs: Girls-5:45pm-7pm; Boys-7pm-8:15pm

COST: session 2 and 3 will be at ($148 and $247 each)

  • 1 Day/week $135  (6 sessions, 75 min each)
  • 2 Days/week $225 (12 sessions, 75 min each)
